Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted.”

“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. This hotel is not in the very center of Lucca but still convenient enough, as the old town which is……

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e siamo rimasti pienamente entusiasti. La struttura è eccellente, pulitissima e dotata di ottimi servizi che rendono il soggiorno super confortevole. A fare la differenza sono state le proprietarie: due persone di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, incredibilmente accoglienti e davvero disponibili ad andare incontro a ogni nostra minima esigenza con il sorriso. Un'attenzione verso l'ospite che si trova raramente. Consigliatissimo!”

“This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.”

“This hotel was a a good hotel to stand in Luca. It’s a little off the beaten path, but not a far walk from town. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The hotel definitely has thinner walls so there’s a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.”

“A very unforgettable Lucca B&B.The location is only 15 minutes' walk from the old city.The accommodation is an old-fashioned villa with three floors, with its own independent yard and parking space.Breakfast here is also very rich, comparable to a 3-star hotel, but please don't forget that the price here is less than one third of that of the hotel.In short, this B&B has given me a lot of surprises, and I will choose to live here if I come to Lucca again next time.”

“The apartment is newly remodeled and in good condition. The bed is comfortable and the location was also very good. The low rating os 100% due to the poor communication. We received a message via Expedia asking us to check in online - with no link. They provided a WhatsApp number, which we texted and received no reply. We called and they helped us over the phone, but zero communication via WhatsApp, email it Expedia. Finally they emailed the check in info and when we arrived the front door……
