「They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city.」

「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well.
Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP...
「Its conveniently located and I was able to do a lot on my first day. I had lunch at Sears, great food and service. I shopped around and got on the Big Bus to tour SF and got back in time to take the #30 bus to Oracle Park to watch a baseball game. They have wonderful staff and are very accommodating. Thank you so much for wonderful hospitality 」
