"I room I stayed in did not have hot water in shower. Although I take a lukewarm shower the water was still cold. Jets in shower were dirty and tub floor had wear and tear. Breakfast didn't have orange juice or apple juice. No fruit. No potatoes or biscuits. Eggs were not like other LA Quintas. They look like they had some boiled eggs in them."

"Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly."

The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the tile around the toilet was broken. The worst part is we found several roaches in our room and overheard other guest saying they found some as well."
