「The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Big and Little Cottonwood. It’s also just a few minutes from the city center with grocery stores and restaurantes. Communication with the host was excellent. We ended up leaving a few personal items behind and they helped us conveniently recover them. There’s a big open living room and plenty of hot water. We came up for a few days of skiing and we would definitely stay here again.」

Great hot tub (in a shared backyard) but the hosts are very nice and leave the backyard for the guests whenever they want to use it. The studio is in a residential suburb, so you’ll definitely need a car. 20 minute drive to Snowbird/Alta and there is storage space for the ski equipment in the garage.」

「We came for skiing and found the location quite accessible to Little Cottonwood Canyon. We enjoyed the ample storage, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, large TVs and excellent space. Close to shopping, and reasonable drive to the airport. When not skiing, we walked around the pleasant residential neighborhood. Hope to come back another time!」

「Everything from the views of the Wasatch Mountains to the beautiful & private hot tub to the goodies left on our doorstep each evening shows that the service at this sanctuary is absolutely unparalleled! The owner was easy to contact & always responded promptly. The book of suggested restaurants and places was very useful. That is how we found The Red Iguana! We especially appreciated the privacy due to the fact we were filming The Chosen, Season 5 all day and really needed to crash at night....

「Had a great family ski trip. The staff at Hellgate were all kind, warm, helpful and snowsport afficionados to boot. They were a highlight of the stay. The skiing was great, condo was nice. Hot tub was surprisingly nice. Please be aware that there are about 50 stairs between the road/ski shuttle and some of the lower units, so the condo stay comes with some huffing and puffing, or a nice leg warmup if you are a "glass half full type," as we are!」
