"Perfect beach front hotel."

"Property was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and updated. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Nicely furnished Nice view from the rooftop. Tons of shells on the beach. Pool area was nice. Great location. Our only issue were the no see ums. They were biting all day and were really bad at night. It helped if we put Off on when we went out but was still annoying. "

"What a beautiful place! This condo had everything and more and it’s steps from the beach. On days we weren’t at the beach, we were checking out the shops and restaurants close by. The building is very nice and quiet. The entire space is beautifully maintained. Central location, you can easily walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Dennis, the owner gave us some great recommendations. He was so easy to work with and was great with communication. For this trip we didn’t have any kids with us but I can’t wait to book this exact spot again for a family vacation. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will be back! "

"Beautiful clean and very comfortable property in a stellar location. Both the view and the beach were phenomenal!! Everything was perfect and plenty of anything you need for the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels and even a wagon to cart it down to the sand. Beach was a hot spot for shells and even had huge shell piles the size that I have never seen before. Lots of birds to watch also which I loved. I barely had to walk at all to have a nice assortment of beautiful shells. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful too! Could have only been better if it was longer and we stayed a week! Location is also close to shopping and dining on Sanibel! Easy to contact property management for any questions. Will definitely return!"
