"As soon as we arrived and walked into the property we were thrilled that we found Kona Kai! The grounds are exceptional, the staff very friendly and great communication. Our room was perfect, with all of the amenities perfect for two. We were going to rent bikes but found everything in walking distance and hopped in the car for beach treks. We highly recommend this beautiful property for rest and relaxation… and the pool and pool facilities well equipped."

"This is my second time staying at Pointe Sanibel D33. The unit was clean and comfortable. This location is great to go to so many places. This year we rented bikes and loved it. My one request would be to have a reference for tv or other appliances. I hope that the food we left got good use. Thanks Keith."

"Wonderful stay. Super cozy and close to everything. Just a short bike ride (bikes included on property) to Nerita Beach. We felt right at home for our weekend stay!! "

"Room was clean and well stocked with towels etc. Kitchen had the necessary tools to fix meals. The sliding glass doors open on to a screened in porch with a view of the beach. found the bed to be uncomfortable and worn out and should be replaced. Overall, I would recommend Casa Ybel on Sanibel. "

"A/C was not on upon arrival after midnight. Where do you go without A/C on? We had difficult journey. Hot and lathered in sweat. After midnight. Took couple days to figure out how to open heavy sliding doors with broken wrist and the A/C we thought was broken. It should be on. With instructions next to the controls "

"This is a small, quiet complex. Only 18 units. Great location for biking, walking both the beach and the nearby preserves and relaxing. Its really a short walk to the beach. There were more than enough towels, both bath & beach towels. Dennis was great communicating with us. Contacted us at check-in and throughout our stay. We stayed 3 weeks, and he had his cleaning crew come by mid-week our second week. "

"Beautiful roof top, corner room. Loved to overlook the island! Room was very well stocked for us! The second night we had a very strong windstorm come through. The rooftop dividers broke loose and created quite the noise. We called and it was addressed and fixed! Thank you for helping make our stay so memorable! We will be back for a 3rd time!"
