"This hotel is fine, but it is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. The rooms are really run down and dirty, smelled like mildew and there were ants all over the floor. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the AC and fridge barely worked. The property itself is nice and the hotel is on the water which is always a perk, but this felt much more like a dingy motel then it did a 4 star resort. "Booked a room with a double bed. Got there and we had four beds in the room which took up all the space. Reception told is they had a bigger group before so the room stayed that way and they could not offer us the room we booked. Room smelled very badly, window could not be closed. Don‘t let them fool you with the nice balcony on the picture, ours was absolutely not the same. Do not go there."
