"AC works great, the common area has great view to the Canal and I really loved it. The location is excellent, less than 10 min from the train station and close to shopping/dining but the house was greatly quiet. "

"Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again."
