“Falta comunicación, entre los de la oficina con el personal de seguridad, ellos son atentos pero la primera noche no tuvieron buena comunicación y tuvimos que Dormir fuera de el Hotel por que habíamos hablado con el que nos hizo la revisión que llegaríamos tarde ya que nuestro vuelo tardaba más de lo normal y no nos abrieron el portón hablamos con ceguridad y ellos no estaban enterados de lo sucedido, la ducha está mal no tira agua , el restaurante 1800 no sirve la comida todo el tiempo llegó……

“I loved the view, definitely worth every penny. The only thing is, just know there are no Uber in the area, so you have to get a taxi with the company, which might be a bit pricier and there are spiders. But overall, the view and food was so worth it.”

“Everything was clean, food was good, drinks on point. There’s only two buildings with elevator. The other buildings doesn’t have elevator so if you have elders and disabled people don’t bring too much luggage. Nice pools with sliders, nice beaches, nice bars, nice restaurants. Small gym barely no weights, disappointed. Front desk people are the worst, too much attitude and they act like they don’t care if you are a member affiliated customer. Other than that the rest of the staff were excellent.……

“We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great.”

The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of nature, and the overall atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. “Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. But honestly, the hospitality made up for it. The breakfast was SO good, and the man at the front desk — who I think may have been the owner — was the sweetest. He was funny,……

“La attencion fue 10 de 10 , Don Nacho y Elias ,y Reynaldo nos isieron sentir como en Familia ,el desayuno fue riquisimo y la jamaica estaba bien sabrosa y toda su comida en el menu, fui ha caminar por la mañana y me acompanaron sus perritos fue una caminata por la playa que siempre recordare, definitivamente volveremos otra vez.”
