Makes herself available most of every day for any questions or suggestions about the site and the city. Provides you with a bottle of Cab Sauv wine as part of the welcome! -Place is comfortable, well stocked bathroom as well as kitchen (Kitchen I never used cuz I didn't want to make a mess) which has……

“We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and updated Penthouse which was actually very quiet. It was especially nice to leave our car in the parking lot most of our visit since we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour bike tour in town our first day there. I would definitely recommend this gem to family and friends!”

“A very clean, comfortable, peaceful and pretty quiet (except for a little 101noise, which didn’t bother me, I’m from L A) also thoughtful and useful extras everywhere. There was a trail two doors down that was great that took you on a loop with a fairly good incline to a beautiful meadow with wild flowers and gorgeous views I’d say the loop was just over a mile, perfect for me and my dog, we hiked it 4 times and never saw a soul, we loved it. “Nice, clean, and modern unit conveniently located just steps from the most popular area of Santa Barbara (state street). Everything about this place was seamless; the check-in was quick, the communication was prompt, and the unit was small but perfect for a couple. In addition, the King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Having a bigger bathroom with double vanity helps with getting ready since my wife takes up so much space ;) when getting ready. I highly……

“My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. The views are amazing, and it's a very short drive to the main strip of restaurants and shopping areas. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. The property manager seems very chill and reasonable too. No complaints!”

“Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area.”

“My friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return.”

“The place was as described. Unfortunately we got some unusual cold and wet weather and given that this is really a beach stay, we didn't get to take advantage of everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to opt for an upstairs unit - floors are very thin and you can hear everything. Super easy check in and check out and really nice and clean.”

“I absolutely adored this listing. The location was AMAZING and the accommodations were also incredible. It was located just off of State Street and was in a quiet and safe area. As a solo traveler I tend to get nervous when booking in places I have never been but I could not have felt more safe here! It is short walking distance to all things downtown and was SO nice. The inside was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The host left so many different toiletries and necessities for……
