「Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. Love love love.」

「Very clean and great location! Building was tastefully renovated— we learned that the owner is an architect. They did a wonderful job; kept the historic authenticity and installed modern, convenient facilities such as the new, spacious bathroom. Location is next to the backside of Uffizi, and steps away from many sight seeing places; steps away from restaurants and shops. We walked to all major sites. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!」

Também amamos a Dona Katia que nos serviu no café da manhã. Ficamos no apto Oscar que super nos atendeu. Além disto a locação foi perfeita pois fizemos tudo a pé. 」

「The apartment is very stylish and it has everything you need for a short stay. If you come by car, just be aware that going through the central streets of Florence is not easy and that there are many restrictions.」

The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. The room was the wonder and a pretty big space. We hope to be coming back and booking here again.」

「Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again.」

「Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was a little musty with a slight smell, being on the lower ground floor but we ventilated it by opening the window. Lovely hotel and in a good location, I would recommend for value for money.」
