「I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. 「The place itself is very spacious, with lots of old-world charm. We enjoyed the flat itself. The location is great as well, with some good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Our train was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 PM, and I had notified the property of our ETA. But we had to race from the train station under threat of an extra fee if we checked in after 8 PM.
