Nice vacation home duper-close to beach access

Large house with room for 3 generations of our family. The pool, tiki hut, and golf cart were enjoyed, as well. Access to beach was right across the street. We did have some issues with WiFi & technology, but most issues were fixed quickly, including replacing the tv in the tiki hut. I would recommend this house.

Incredible Location!

This rental was great! The home was SOOO spacious and was perfect for a little retreat with some ladies! The short walk to the beach was perfect and we loved the living area having so much room to lounge and enjoy eachother's company!

Excellent location and sleeping arrangements

You can't beat the location of this property with beach access located directly across the street. The living quarters and common areas were perfect for our group. The communication regarding check in and check out, as well as pertinent information during our stay, were greatly beneficial.

Amazing location!!

We had an awesome stay here. Such a super location directly across the street from the beach access. Some of the mattresses need some attention, and we have made the property managers aware. They were extremely good to work with us when we arrived and the property had not yet been cleaned. They were very quick to make it right for us, and we appreciate that! Overall a great experience and would do it again if the mattress issue is addressed! Beautiful house with lots of amenities.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The location couldn't be better—right across from the beach and just a short golf cart ride to great shopping and restaurants along 30A. The home was spacious, which made it perfect for our group, and everything was conveniently laid out for easy living. The property management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our experience that much smoother. The home has clearly been renovated with a beachy, airy vibe, which we loved, but there were still some signs of aging. The kitchen was a bit understocked with utensils, so if you plan to cook a lot, you might want to bring a few of your own items. They provide a “starter pack” with essentials like a few dishwasher pods, some dish soap, and basic toiletries, which was a nice touch. However, we did need to purchase extras like hand soap and additional garbage bags. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we travel back to the area!

We were originally told the mattresses were replaced that had been mentioned in previous reviews. However, one of them hadn’t been and it was very uncomfortable. We called and they replaced it the next day. Good customer service and great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfectly located with a quick easy walk to the beach, and convenient to all the food and shopping! However the house truly looked and smelled like a rental. For the price it was not as clean or kept up as it should have been. Finally EVERY mattress needs to be replaced ASAP they were awful!

Great location, but horrible mattresses!!!

The property manager was great but we stayed for a week and no one could get a good night sleep. All of the mattresses needed to be replaced!! I woke up hurting every single day!! The property did also have a funny smell that nobody could figure out but we did have to come home and wash everything again, because it stuck in my clothes!!

A little disappointed

We were happy with the location, check in process and view from the top floor. But, the TV in the main room wasn’t working correctly (reception was constantly inconsistent), no extra garbage bags (had to purchase), no extra toilet paper (had to purchase) and the inside and outside of the house needs a lot of TLC. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this is the first time we’ve experienced some disappointment.

Very dirty and bad communication with management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was filthy, for a $650 mandatory cleaning fee you would expect some sort of cleanliness but it was the opposite. Dirty floors, stains and leaks on ceilings, heavy smell of mold and mildew throughout the house. We had children and were worried about getting sick from this issue.Tried contacting managament but they completely ignored the issue we had. Im not the kind to write reviews but felt this has to be mentioned for any future customers. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
