“The house is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. The quarters would not be described as spacious, but as advertised and ample beds for our party of 9. Walking distance from a few restaurants and some shops with some news ones that appear to be opening soon (maybe in summer 2023). Short drive to Rosemary, the Hub, or Seaside.”

“The three things we look for in when book a property are location, cleanliness, and comfortability. The pictures are very accurate and the location is perfect. The cleanliness and comfortability can be subjective and difficult to determine through pictures and reviews. For my family of 5, we were very please with how clean the unit was and how comfortable the beds and furniture were. Barbara was fantastic to works with and quick to answer any questions. Ultimately, this is a place we plan to……

“Beautiful, laid back area with all the amenities and easy access to shopping and dining options!”

“My first time staying at a boutique hotel. It wasn’t beach themed, but it was very clean, quiet, and spacious. I wish the TV stand in the bedroom was a dresser or chest of drawers with a TV on top because there were no drawers for clothes. We stayed 4 nights, so it would have been nice to be able to put our clothes in drawers and put our suitcases out of the way in the closet.”
