Watercolor Stay

House was clean and laid out well. Location is a little far from the beach but they do provide a golf cart and bikes to help with that. Parking for the golf cart can be a problem. This house has a pool and I understand there is a FL law that requires there to be an alarm but it is horrible. The alarm is extremely annoying especially when you don’t have small children in your group.
