Master Bedroom: King Canopy Bed with TV and En Suite. Beautiful double vanity and large walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed with Shared Hall Bath with Tub/Shower and TV
Third Bedroom, perfect for the kids: Twin Over Twin + Twin over Twin Bunks and TV

🏖️Minutes to the Shore:
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it's a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – if you'd rather drive the golf cart or take your car, this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus its super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well. We'd love to host you, and we invite you into our lil escape on 30A!
Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 spots in the garage and street parking available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
