Girls weekend

The house was perfect for our girls weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. We opted to walk to get coffee instead of taking the golf cart. It's a short walk to get a breakfast nibble and coffee, the beach is across the street from the restaurant. The showers all had good water pressure and the beds are comfy. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family House

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and super clean beach house! It was the perfect setup for our family, with three spacious bedrooms and the huge bonus that each bedroom had its own private bathroom—so much privacy and convenience! The house was immaculate from top to bottom, and everything felt fresh, modern, and well-maintained. The beds were really comfortable, and the layout was perfect for a family or even couples traveling together. The location couldn't be better—just a quick ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was close enough to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted, but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. We loved coming back to this relaxing home after a day in the sun. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to spread out. This is truly a top-notch beach rental and one we'd recommend to anyone looking for a family-friendly vacation home near the beach. We're already planning our return trip!

Great place!

Great home, super clean, convenient location, nice and quiet neighborhood. Just as described, if not better. Walking distance to nice beach or a 3 minute cart ride if you are bringing more than a couple chairs. Walking distance to Stinky's Fish Camp (which we thought was not bad but just ok). Everything was easy, we would definitely stay here again!

My family of 6 all had a fantastic holiday here. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Location is great for beach days and trips out for shopping. Excellent location! The home was immaculate with plenty of room for sleeping and sitting around with the family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Excellent communication with Beach Luxury Vacations. There are 3 beach accesses close to the property and the community pool was within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

House is close to beach but access parking for car or golf cart is very small. Great furniture and set up! Needs darker window treatments- too bright in morning and not dark enough for napping. Overall a great stay and beautiful house!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best time at this 3-bedroom beach house! The space was perfect for our family, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk room—they turned it into their little hideaway. Everything was super clean and comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation. The golf cart was a huge bonus. It was only a quick two-minute ride to the beach, so getting the kids and all our stuff to the sand was a breeze. We also loved how close it was to restaurants and shops, but the house itself still felt peaceful and private. This was one of our favorite family beach vacations yet. It's such a great spot for a coastal getaway. We're already planning to come back and definitely recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a family-friendly stay by the water.

Nice house, neighborhood pool is horrible

Home was nice, well appointed, not a bad walk or short golf cart ride to the beach. Get to the beach early in season since there aren’t a lot of parking spots. There is a neighborhood pool a short walk from the house, but it is horrible. The deck was often dirty, needs landscaping, and several chairs were broken.

Relaxing visit- felt like home

We stayed in Serenity Seaside Dunes in early June 2025 for 6 nights. It was very clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of kitchenware, 4 beach chairs, and a boogie board, as well as little things such as extra dryer sheets and salt/pepper. The 6 seat golf cart was wonderful for going to the beach. My sister and our teenage/adult daughters had a wonderful stay! I love going on vacation and being able to actually relax. This house gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some time to ourselves after days at the beach. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies in the large living room area which had plenty of room to seat all of us. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this 30A paradise! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and well-maintained everything was. The home looks exactly like the photos—maybe even better in person. Every room is beautifully decorated with a coastal chic vibe, giving it that modern beach house feel while still being warm and inviting. The location is unbelievable! With the golf cart it's 2-3 minute ride to the sand. It's within walking distance to great local restaurants, coffee shops. We especially loved riding in the golf cart to dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked, they even had two different coffee makers, the classic pot of coffee and a keurig. The beds were incredibly comfortable with plush linens. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the smart TVs in every room to the fast Wi-Fi and easy self-check-in process. This home is a hidden gem and truly the perfect vacation rental for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing escape. We've stayed in many VRBOs, and this one is by far one of the best. We will 100% be returning and recommending it to friends. Book this place—you won't regret it!
