Great family vacation for ages 8-80
All ages enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable house, neighborhood and amenities. Top three favorite activities voted by our group are porch-sitting, bike-riding and hanging at the beach-club.

Nice house for family, great location!
We stayed here with our big family and had a great time. The house was a good size , clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. There is lots for everyone to do and for all ages. We really enjoyed riding the bikes to the shops and beach club. Having access to the beach club and pool was really convenient.

Beautiful home
The perfect amenities for a week rental!! The neighborhood was a hit with our friends and family. Electric Bike rentals was the icing on the cake!!!

Great property, okay management
The layout and location of the property was wonderful. The only complaints were that there were barebones amenities provided (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no garbage bags, dirty dish brushes and no new sponge). The other issue was that it had not been properly cleaned. There were a couple bugs and hairs in different showers and tubs and the amount of dust and dirt under furniture was substantial. Upping the management and cleanliness of the home would make it a truly outstanding property!

November at the Beach!!
Wonderful house with great amenities! We loved riding the bikes in the neighborhood and to the beach. November is a great time to go to the beach at Watercolor! We would definitely book this home again!!
