Wonderful stay on 30a!

We had an amazing stay at serene sands! The house was beautiful and clean! The pool was so nice and warm. We ended up staying in even more than we originally had planned on!

Location, location, location!

The pool was the only disappointment but i was expecting it from the photos. It's really just a kiddie pool. Loved the property, loved the location. With the use of the golf cart, we couldn't ask for easier access to the beach!!

"Staying at Serene Sands was an absolute delight! The host's attention to detail and hospitality made our experience truly memorable. The space was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The thoughtful amenities provided, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush towels and comfy bed, exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the personalized recommendations from the host, who clearly knows and loves the area. We felt like we got a true local experience, discovering hidden gems we might have missed otherwise. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach. The pool and grill were also a great addition. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to respond to any inquiries or requests. . Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend Serene Sands for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable home away from home!"

Serene for the most part

The booking process was extremely pleasant and Destiny was amazing! The communication was great and had no problems arriving to the home and getting inside. Upon arrival the home is absolutely beautiful and the decor is exquisite! There is plenty of room for everyone and loved the kids 3rd floor area! The golf cart was a HUGE plus! The pool was perfect! The location was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do including beach access, community pool, gulf place shopping, stinkys fish camp for brunch, and baytowne for fireworks! The only complaint we had was that we came across 6 roaches that were very large and scary for the kids. The rental company told me that they were more scared of us than us of them and that they would send pest control out. They had pest control already come out 2 days prior and didn’t seem like it helped. The home wasn’t cleaned before we arrived with a deep clean. There was cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings with dead spiders and the third floor tub had tiny spiders in it. For such a beautiful home it was so sad to not make sure it’s 100% ready for guests arrival. There also were no beach chairs or toys or beach cart or anything so that was another added expense we weren’t expecting. It would be nice to add those items for your guests that travel there without having to haul everything in the car.

We had a great time, location was close to the beach. Even though the pool on the property is small, still fit the whole family. The kids had a blast in it! Golf cart was a great addition!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Florida house. It was truly perfect in every way, the thoughtful details throughout made us feel right at home. Loved the kitchen it was nice and spacious, we had an issue with the scissor being broke and no wine opener but that was very quickly rectified by the great host,she was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. The pool was kind of small and is not private due to the home next door having a pool at the same spot.
