Summer Fam Vacay

We had a great time at the home in 30A. We had plenty of room and all the amenities of home. The back yard area was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun hanging out back there every day!! The community pool was fun too. I personally loved the sauna in the evenings! The home was close to all the action and walking distance to the beach as well. We would definitely stay again.

This rental was beautiful! I only have positive things to say about it! It was spacious, modern, and very clean. It offered so many amenities. We enjoyed the short golf cart ride to the beach, the amazing private pool in the back yard (with loungers, a hot tub, bubblers, and fire features,) and having the option to also go to the gorgeous neighborhood pool that had multiple waterfalls that reminded us of an expensive resort. We would stay here again, no doubt!

Stones Throw Away

We stayed at a beautiful home on Cypress Breeze, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The home was beyond our expectations. Our son's family joined us. We were close to the Gulf, shopping, & restaurants, The pool & hot tub were not only inviting but stunning. Our grandkids loved both & we enjoyed the fire feature every evening. Any questions or concerns we had about the property were addressed promptly. Thank you so much for making our vacation everything we expected and more.

Spring break vacation

Our first time in the 30A area, we had a wonderful time. The house is perfect. The location is great, we could walk the .7 mile to get to the beach and restaurants. We did rent bikes, which were great to have too. The house is very comfortable, plenty of space inside and out. We brought our own yard games. Even though there is a community pool, staying at the house was preferred. We had 9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids from ages 9-16. It was perfect for us. Would 100% stay here again.

Gorgeous Home with great backyard pool area

Home was a beautiful property with high-end appliances. We enjoyed the Keurig and built in coffee machine. Kitchen was great for prepping food. The backyard area was the best for the gathering of family in one area to enjoy the beautiful pool. The hot tub did not work during our stay in that the control remote was not working, but the pool was grand. The inside home was very nice and we enjoyed the three king-size suites for the three couples. The backyard area does need a good cleaning of the tile and cushions on the outdoor furniture from prior guests. The two trash pickups during the week was very convenient, Maintenance: the front door lock was an issue for us but we reported it to management for repair. The trash can handle was also stripped and fell off on day one. Hot tub never worked even after we reported it. iTrip was very responsive when we did report an issue.
