Great time

We had a great time at the property. Layout of the house was great. Kids loved the pool table and we enjoyed getting into the pool/hot tub after a day at the beach.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Best all inclusive home!

Breathtaking home! The pool, spa & outdoor living area make this home perfect for a beach stay! The inside is roomy with top of the line finishes. Very comfortable for our group of 7. Close to great local restaurants & public beach access with ramp. Truly cannot day enough great things about this property~we had a wonderful stay!

great trip!

We had a fantastic time at Saltaire! We traveled to 30A during mid-October and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pool and/or easily accessible beach during the day. We really liked having the golf cart available for going to the beach/restaurants/etc. The house and amenities are very nice. The open layout is modern and cozy and we loved being able to play pool right in the main living space. All the necessary things were available (kitchen items, linens, beach chairs and towels, etc), and we felt right at home! We had a few questions upon arrival, and the host was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you!

November break

The house was great. The kids loved the upstairs and all the recreational equipment. I walked the nature trail nearly everyday with our CKCS. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The courtyard area was nice and private. The heated pool and spa were warm enough to enjoy everyday in November! Soaking in the spa was awesome after a busy day at the beach. The walk to the beach was not bad, but we also enjoyed using the golf cart to get to other beach locations and the kids loved riding it in too. Best beds I have slept on while on vacation on 30A. Definitely a family friendly spot. There is a guest house that can be rented separately. If we come during the summer and I probably would rent that space also to maintain the privacy.

Family Vacation

By far one of the best experiences I have endured on VRBO. Everything from the owners, cleaning staff, and house was tip top and the best experience I have had. Owners were on top of each message I had sent, the house is amazing, and location is phenomenal. Loved this place and would rent again if given the opportunity.

Perfect Place to Stay.

Great place to stay! This house was perfect for our group of 12. The kid area is great! We had 6 kids all fit very comfortably an had alot of fun in their area.! The back outside area is amazing after a long day at the beach! Robin was extremely friendly and went above an behind if we did have questions or needed anything.

Absolutely Perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Robin was quick to answer any questions prior to & throughout our stay. We loved the layout of the home which provided easy access from the living room, kitchen, & master sweet to the outdoor oasis which included a ping pong table, corn hole, a sitting area, hot tub & pool. The bunk room upstairs was heaven for our boys (ages 3 & 4)… they loved having their own little area of the house & it was a plus to have a refrigerator & microwave in the room for easy snacking. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could imagine. The bedroom closets were spacious throughout. With two little ones, I couldn’t have been more pleased with everything. We had no worries in regards to pool safety, as they provided the option to set up a fence around the pool prior to arrival. In addition, the doors accessing the pool area provided the option to set a pool alarm with the click of a switch, so even more reassurance if needed. We also loved having the golf cart for an additional fee… it was waiting for us & all charged up upon arrival! The house is in a fantastic location, so we were able to whip around with ease to restaurants, Publix, & multiple public beach accesses (*one with a parking lot to accommodate multiple golf carts). I couldn’t recommend Saltaire more & would have to say this has been our favorite place to stay in the area thus far!
