Good beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The location to the beach and family type area was perfect. Dryer leaves black marks on clothes is the only negative, but can easily be addressed and fixed by owner and management group.

Great apartment. The distance to the beach is misleading in the description. The closest and convenient beaches are private which is disappointing. The apt itself is great.

Friends/family vacation

We had a nice stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. The only negative would be the location of the beach we were able to use. The property is on the beach and there is an easy boardwalk to the beach, but there are people there telling you that you can’t set up your stuff there. Apparently that beach belongs to a different property. You have to walk a pretty good distance down the beach to set up.

Great stay

The condo was immaculate, updated and equipped with everything I needed for a great stay. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a short walk away and 3 bikes included with the rental, making it easy to explore the area. The complex was located near restaurants and shopping options, making it easy to find something to do in the evenings. 30A Vacay was a pleasure to work with and made the booking and check in options so smooth. Would highly recommend!

Great location on 30A

This is our second time to stay at this beach property which is centrally located in a quiet area along 30a with easy access to other beachside communities. This particular unit has a spacious floor plan that was super comfortable for our family of four (with 2 teens) and is nicely decorated. The porch was a favorite place to hang out and listen to the frogs, and the property’s beach access is a short walk away, offering a unique and fun experience near a coastal lake. Would definitely rent again.

Nice condo close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was convenient as far as walking to the the beach, the bikes, etc. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. Guests do need to bring everything that you may need though besides linens. There were no trash bags or extra toilet paper or paper towels. The living area was a little small to accommodate a larger group but we made it work. Would stay again but come more prepared knowing what we know now.

Nice stay!

Overall the experience was good with this property. The beach is a good ways away, but they do have a concierge golf cart service to take you there. When booking this property I didn’t realize the distance. There is also a small section of beach closer between the private beaches. I would suggest going out early or around lunchtime when people go in to eat. This trip, we didn’t go to the beach as often as I’d like because there was a lot of June grass present, unfortunately the beach was yucky.

Expectations

Wasn’t clean Hair everywhere in the bathroom Maintenance during our stay??? Bathroom vanity light was replaced while the girls needed the bathroom Some of the furniture was flimsy etc
