Great house for parents and teens

It was great having the carriage house so that we could be away from the noise of the kids and not have to share bathrooms with them. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to any location from there. We were initially afraid that we would be too loud but there were several houses around us who were much louder but we weren’t bothered by it. Overall great house for this type of trip with teens!

Beautiful home in perfect location

We were celebrating the marriage of my husband’s daughter. Friends and family stayed in this quiet neighborhood that is a short 10 minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Seaside. The home we stayed in was both beautiful and clean. I’m pretty much a clean freak so that was important to me. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids and adults all enjoyed themselves. It was a bit cool during our stay so we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pools. They looked well maintained. I would highly recommend staying in this vacation home.

Great place to relax —- only thing missing was they had a grill which we loved... but no real tools to use it or clean it. We bought a couple of things but my husband really wanted to clean that grill before we left.

First time at the beaches of 30A - loved this property and the neighborhood. Our only complaints had NOTHING to do with the rental!!! Kismet was wonderful to work with. We would advise folks that the teens in Seaside are a little rowdy, wish there was a curfew like Rosemary and to lock bikes at all times. There was a real problem with bike theft right from our driveway. Again - nothing to do with the rental. House was immaculate, fully stocked, easy walk to pool and beach!!!

Great stay near beach until pest problems

This property was fantastic in terms of location and space for our family. Communication with the property manager was very timely and they were accommodating to our requests. The neighborhood was very quiet and very close to multiple beach access locations. However, we experienced pest problems in both the main house and the guest house. Toward the end of our stay, large roaches were found in one of the 2nd story Master Bedrooms and the bathroom of the guest house. The 2nd story Master Bath also had small bugs around the vanity that were attracted to our kids toothpaste. It was very disappointing to find these pests as our stay up to that point had been great. The backyard patio area with kids swing set had multiple large spider webs present and pine straw everywhere which made it uninviting.

We love her comfortable clean updated style. My favorites are the multiple outdoor porches sitting areas. Some screened in all very comfortable seating. You walk onto the main porch from the spacious drive. Beautiful French doors open into the main hub of the home. Our entire family spent many hours in & out of this open area. The favorite aspect is that each quest has their own privacy as well. All of these are always on our must have list. The carriage house includes a state of the art laundry room. The Grove is a hidden gem. Secure setting in a quite neighborhood.

Blue Sky Bungalow was spotless and beautiful! It was very updated with the cutest decorations. All of the beds were very comfortable with crisp fresh white linens. We enjoyed our time on the screened in porch for morning coffee. Very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Seaside Square. It was a great place for us moms with teen girls. Our Older girls enjoyed staying in the room over the garage. We will definitely try and stay here again!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My in-laws came with us, and the carriage house was perfect for them to have peace and quiet away from our 2 year old and our newborn :) We have stayed in this neighborhood before and love the beautiful trees and quiet neighbors. The only negative is that we were looking forward to outdoor dining at the picnic table in the screened in porch, as represented in the photos, but that was actually a storage area for beach gear… no picnic table. Otherwise, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and we would stay here again!
