Beautiful Seaside Cottage

Oyster Cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything was new and clean! The cottage was thoughtfully designed, and the decor had a chic, Seaside aesthetic. We were greeted by a friendly representative from Homeowner’s Collection who answered all of our questions. The Beach, shops, dining, and the Seaside Swim/Tennis Club were a 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend Oyster Cottage.

Our only suggestion is to have cable in the bedroom television. The tv only has streaming stations and some people(like us) do not use those at home so we could not use the tv upstairs. Homeowners collection was great and reprogrammed our downstairs debate so we could get Fox News for the presidential debate.

Wonderful Property

Our family of 4 (two kids under 8) stayed at the Oyster Cottage during July 2023. We arrived prior to check in and the property manager came and provided us our parking pass early. Really appreciated that. Property is newer construction, so all furniture, appliances, hardware, etc are in phenomenal shape. House is staged well. The kitchen is amazing, the bathroom is amazing, and the bed was comfortable. Pull out couch down stairs is fine for kids, not so much for adults. I loved the Air Conditioning system. The entire house is probably between 1,000 - 1,200sqft (rough guess) and it had what looked like a 5 ton AC unit. This was amazing because at night we could set the house to 68 and it was absolutely no problem to get to temp fast. So nice after a hot day in the sun. The location is second to none, located just behind the main center in Seaside. This provided easy access to all the shops, entertainment, and dining. It was also just a 7 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the private beach access. The private beach access you receive is also great because it is one of the only strips of the beach that does allow for your own tents, you just have to make sure your tents are behind northern most Cabana Man umbrellas. Overall, 10/10 and property management team was great.
