「飯店步行十分就可至Cusco主要廣場,非常便利 飯店服務人員非常親切,入住期間曾請飯店服務人員介紹牙醫,飯店人員十分鐘內搞定預約,非常感謝她的幫忙 只是夜間飯店旁邊的小巷子常有人喧鬧,晚間睡覺聽讓人提心膽跳得」

「The room was decent, staff was good, location is great. Good budget travel accommodations.」

「You get what you pay for. My biggest gripe was the wifi didn’t work in my room. If I wanted to talk on the phone or video call I would have to go into the hallway to do it. Besides that the shower leaked a bit, and barely ever had hot water. The restaurant was good though, staff was very friendly, and common areas were nice.」

「Staff never came back to me when I asked to clarify please if it was a house or a hotel. I asked that, because it says: shared bathroom. For the price I payed for the package I wanted at least my own bathroom. But they never answered to me. I didn’t stay there. I wish there were a way for a refund or something for the unpleasant experience, since because of that I booked somewhere else.」
