“Could not even figure out how to check in there’s no front desk and when we called repeatedly, nobody answered the phone. Had to book a whole new hotel.”

“Great location yet quiet as it is well back from the street i side a courtyard. Very nice cottages with kitchenette, loft, dining table and sitting area. The shared patio also has tables for sitting outside. As with much of Alfama be prepared for stairs to get up to the cottages.”

“The lift cannot be used, and you can only use stair to climb up to 6 floors. Cannot store luggage when you checked out.”

“There's no doubt that the suites square footage size, walkable location and access to subways were excellent .... superbly clean and well appointed ... drawbacks, upon a two hour early arrival with bags there was no human to be found for at least an hour and nowhere was there a chair in the lobby or hallways and even when later contacting management access to the suite was not allowed until two hours at the 3pm marker ...”

“Clean apartment, beautiful location with views of the Portugal Parlament/Asamblea building. Pretty park right across the street. Easy access to busses. Many nice restaurants in the area. Building was very secure. Apartment was very quiet. Everything was as lovely as in the photos!”
