"This was a great location just outside the old centre of Sarajevo, but only a few minutes walk. The room was very comfortable and we had booked a room which had a balcony which would have been lovely in slightly warmer months. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. A breakfast buffet was included, running from 6:30 until about 10:00, which was great. There was a really good selection for breakfast."

"This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It is located near the Old Town, shopping, and numerous restaurants. The staff is warm and welcoming, daily room service was efficient, and my room was spotless. Because I was on a working vacation, I chose a suite, and the room had dining and living space, as well as an excellent work area with multiple outlets nearby. It was easy to keep my electronic equipment charged. Sarajevo was a fascinating city and I hope to visit it again. When I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but I wish the hot foods were kept hotter."

"Didn't know that the room had a safety box inside a cupboard until the last day of checkout. There was no mention on the hotel description so never bothered to look when we check in. We booked the luxury family studio with two bathrooms. Everything about the room was exceptional. The only drawback is the limited front desk. "

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"
