"Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. Pool is beautiful! Room was clean and we had a comfy bed! The breakfast could be better with more seating. But we had a good time and would definitely choose this hotel again! "
