Abigail was Great Hostess

Enjoyed our stay here. A few inconveniences for US travelers, no wash cloths, limited towels in general. Pretty good location, other units in the courtyard were quiet. Recommend if you are in the area. Again, Abigail met us when we arrived and made for a smooth check in and check out process. Very hospitable.

Very cute villa. A little run down. We didn’t have access to our patio as the communal BBQ was there which meant that people were often standing outside our living room windows. Aside from that we were quite happy. The house was larger than we expected and the check-in process was great. Abigail was lovely and extremely helpful!

OK, wouldn't stay again

Place was a little run down, but priced accordingly. Location was good! Easy walk to beach and main strip in Coco.Cons: A little love and attention and this could be a gem. One set of keys for 4 adults, needs a good cleaning and treated for cockroaches. All linens overdue for replacement. AC units in 2 upstair bedrooms very old and couldnt keep up making high temperatures and sleeping difficult.No matress covers, and very thin sheets meant we felt better sleeping on top of the bedding rather than in it.Water cooler empty, 1 washcloth for 4 people, no extra toilet paper and we ran out in 2 bathrooms.
