"Loved our 3 day stay over St.Patty’s weekend. This place is close to everything. 3 min walk to secluded Tybee River beach. Plus, 5 min walk to one of the best restaurants in the island,AJ’s. The Herrons Nest is comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Easy to get a Uber for a jaunt to Savannah. Thank you for a very well hosted stay on Tybee."

"The room needs a deep deep cleaning. Toilet had not been cleaned properly in a while. Limited outlets to use for your personal items. Not enough lighting in the room. No safety certificate in elevator, exit sign literally hanging by one wire. Mattress needs to be replaced as you can feel the springs. The lights went out on the island, other patrons began screaming & yelling which didnt stop until well after midnight. I did enjoy the convenience of the location as we could walk to shopping,...
