“The inn was directly across the street from the river walk and in a good location. The inn is nicely decorated and has the historic feel. Parking is included in a garage down the block. ”

“We loved the location and the hotel history. Breakfasts were very good- especially the quiche Lorraine . The bar was cozy and the happy hour had a very knowledgeable historian one day and a wonderful harpist another. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our first trip to Savannah.”

“pros:Property was amenable to pets. We were able to pay cash cons: The carpet in the room was filthy The comforter had an unpleasant odor. The blackout curtain was full of holes. The word shoddy comes to mind in overall presentation. Result: We will not be back.”

“The Kingston Hotel was exactly what we needed for our business trip. Room was roomy, beds were comfy, and staff was always present at the front desk if you need them. A few things to note if you are considering here is that they do not have a pool and we couldn't figure out when the restaurant was open. We tried to go there for lunch and they never were open. Hours are not posted (or we couldn't find them) and a menu was not anywhere in sight. That was the only disappointment that we had.”

“Since it’s a newly built hotel, the exterior is very clean, but there are still some areas that need improvement 1. Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2. The room I was assigned had not been mopped at all, the trash can hadn’t been emptied, and the bedding still bore traces of the previous guest. Although I was given a different room,……

“Very walkable to everything. Restaurant was better almost any place including the famous “scratch kitchen”. Had three different rooms with family and friends. Great staff!”
