"Room was clean and spacious; loved the amenities and location (safe area - Im a runner and ran outside every day as a solo female and felt comfortable doing so early in the morning); ate breakfast at the hotel every day because it has so much variety and was so convenient for a fair price. Hotel front desk staff was so helpful in helping book taxis for us when needed (they helped my 80-year-old parents find an available doctor & book an appointment when my dad got sick on our trip) and they went out of their way to answer any questions we had. Highly, highly recommend. "

Alazne at the front desk went above and beyond for us, including in making personalized recommendations for places to visit (based on our interests), and for places to eat (each of which were fantastic). "Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat. Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro. Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend."
