“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Overall a good stay offering excellent value for NYC. You cannot beat the location right in the heart of Times Square on 48th, walkable to subways and all Broadway theaters. Surprisingly, nights weren't obnoxiously loud like other hotels in the area. The bed was great, providing excellent sleep, and the air conditioning was fantastic. However, the property is run down and upkeep must be stepped up. The decor, interiors, furniture, and rooms including entry doors show heavy wear and desperately……
