「Small study but did not seem cramped. Very well equipped. Excellent power shower with plenty of (very) hot water. Located a few minutes walk into Peebles main street. Lovely location looking out into open area buy the river Tweed.」

「It was 3 stories beginning with a entry to put your shoes and coats. Up the stairs you had a gathering/living room, 1 bedroom and bathroom, dining room and kitchen. Up the stairs again to the top floor you had 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms- 1 of which was like a playroom with a tv and video game system etc for kids.
