Charming "Castle Hotel" in the Scottish countryside, definitely some cool ambiance. Friendly staff, decent comfortable room, great breakfast and free parking with lots of space. I'd stay here again!

Little things would make a difference . I chose pay later , the full amount was taken with in days not months as exprected. 1 hand towel ! 2 people 3 days !! When requested it was supplied , shouldn’t have had to ask. 3 coffee sachets per day , 2 people ? Beautiful property Scottish castle style , above average accommodations, breakfast buffet. Great. Dinner menu. Burgers !!! Very disappointing . American tourists catered for . We therefore didn’t stay for dinner. 3 nights elsewhere . Poolfacility very good, disappointed at no costume rumbellor to part dry our costumes. Staff lovely.

Staff were excellent, bar and restaurant lovely but things were a bit dated, a smart tv in the room at the least would’ve been a bonus as very few freeview channels available, creaky floors upstairs, also drain covers came off frequently when using the pool
