“I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. The location is so perfect too, easy 5ish……

“The property is nice but lacks a decent restaurant. The pool cabana bar is wonderful but closes too early. The only restaurant for dinner is outdated , dark and dingy. ”

“I was so impressed with this hotel! The grounds were beautiful, the pool was so refreshing. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the grill… delicious. The staff was attentive. They overheard my husband and I talking about our anniversary, and sent us a bottle of wine. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and lounging in the hammocks. Also, very clean and super comfy beds and pillows. We will definitely visit again. ”

“The front desk Lady was not friendly at all. Very dry with my family and I. When I noticed that I just reserved 2rooms for 3night instead of 4nights in this resort, very kindly I asked this lady if is possible to add an extra night for 2 rooms. She replied that I have to call every day to the front desk in for me to find out if anything is available. I think as a courtesy , the front hotel should at least call me to to let me know if it was or wasn't any rooms available.The four night my family……
