“My family and I had a great time at this property with the air hockey, dart board, firepit, & hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked with non-stick cookware, having everything one might need to cook. We cooked many of our meals, so this was appreciated (there's a limited number of restaurants in the area, but we like to cook). Communication with the owner was very easy and good.”

They have thought of everything one would need for a delightful get away. If you forgot anything, just ask and they are sure to help one way or another. “Abbey's place worked well for our graduation stay. It is an older property with beautiful solid wood furniture and a comfy feel in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from UVA. All the amenities are as noted in the listing. The beds were comfortable (not too soft) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Abbey's instructions were clear and she was very responsive when I had trouble logging onto the wifi. There is room to park 2 cars off the street to the left of the house, and with a car UVA……

“Everything was great. Only we were not left any dishwasher detergent. I did call the number you gave me. It only got a voice mail so we hand washed most dishes but had to leave early this AM and left a few cups, etc in dishwasher.”

“The myrtle is an exceptional property. Joanna has pretty much thought of everything. There is a very professional book in the foyer that gives clear directions and really everything you need to know about the house and the surrounding area. Things are labeled. There are items for you to use for the pool for the beach. There are games there’s a fondue pot there’s a Panini maker… There are razors toothbrushes. There are plastic wine, glasses, and items to use that aren’t breakable and then there……

“Had a great two week stay at the house. Very quiet and comfortable, well setup, easy parking, lovely neighbors. Loved the location and walking distance to so many spots nearby. Great access to everything in town. Kitchen was equipped fairly well with pots/pans for meals that we didn’t eat out. Suspect most people staying aren’t using it much during short stays. Beds comfy, good shower, living room lounge furniture could be more comfortable, seems more for the look, but worked fine. Having……
