Pool was good, staff was excellent. Unfortunately, we got moved three times from room to room either the TV nonfunctioning or AC not functioning. The third time was a charm just made for a long day. I understand it’s under new ownership and the process of a lot of updates but the pictures showing online are definitely different from what actual reality is. I’ll be watching to see how their improvements go before I book again.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly! The first room we were put in showed signs of someone using it (bed was laid in, toilet was used, TP wasn't hung up), so they gave us another room. The second room was cleaner, but I had to call maintenance to get the tv to work (wasn't plugged in and the box wasn't hooked up). There was also no fridge or microwave in either of the rooms, which was one of the main reasons I booked it :-(. No shampoo in the bathroom. It was under $100, though, so I guess we got what we paid for. Okay for the price, but if I had known there was no fridge or microwave (as advertised), I would've spent a little more somewhere else.

Fantastic check-in experience with young man at the front desk. Great experience at bar. Room was cozy and bed was comfy. WiFi was a little spotty and cell service went a little in and out. Sad that the pool was closed, but I forgot my bathing suit, so no worries there. Excited to stay here again next week!

Safety was beyond an issue. There were people screaming at 4:00 in the morning and somebody tried to break into my room at around the same time. My family went into the pool for the last hour that it was open and the kids were so rowdy that were there. You had children that were peeing in the corner and defecating by the pool. They will also throwing the mats that are there so people don't slip into the pool on people's heads. My daughter is from the Bronx and she even got out the pool. Nobody took control of their kids. The continental breakfast was so bad I had to go to McDonald's. And by the morning the keys didn't work and we left an adult in the room at all times because of the safety concern.
