“The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down. I even have video of how loud it was. It’s also evident that the hotel is aware of the noise issue, as there are white noise machines already placed in the……

“We got there at 8:55 and the website said the pool was open until 10. The front desk staff said the pool closed for kids at 9, which wasn’t said anywhere on the website. So we stood there with a crying toddler while the front desk ladies just stood and watched. It was just uncomfortable. Got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. Had to plunge to toilet three different times. No breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Just overall a lousy stay.”

“Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We……

“Our host made check in simple and easy especially since we were unsure of arrival time. Lovely place, great breakfast and easy access of route 1 and nearby dining and activities, Belfast farmers markets and local restaurants were less than 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!”
