“The resort was lovely for the most part. The grounds and the common spaces were beautiful and well-kept. They were all peaceful and family-friendly. There are multiple pools (only one is heated) and the beach/ocean is only a short walk away. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, housekeeping lacked a little to be desired (we watched the same piles of sand and debris on the bathroom floor stay put there our entire stay). One day we even had to call close to 5:00 to see……

“ The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. ”

“Location is great- very close to Town Ctr and Sullivans. In a cute shopping ctr w food choices available. Bed was pretty comfortable. Sheets were clean. Towels were thick. Room needed a major overhaul. Bathroom was gross. Mold in shower, paint on bottom of tub chipped badly, walls and door dirty and scuffed. The lady that checked us in was unfriendly and also wanted to charge us $25 to check in 30 min early. No thanks. We came back at 4 and luckily another lady was there and was nice……

“The room was clean, staff nice, but I was charged three extra charges that left my account in the negative. The extra charges were not mine, and I had paid a month prior. They claimed these charges will be refunded, but I’m still without money and In the negative. Nothing was offered to clear the balance previously paid for this stressful experience or help in advanced. I had to scramble to figure out how I would even pay for gas to get back home or feed three kids without the money that they……

“Highly recommended! Apartment was so much more than expected (make sure to bring some cooking supplies (S&P, Oil, Etc) if you plan to cook. The property was beautiful and everything was convenient! We didn’t eat much on the property (it’s not inexpensive), but poolside snacks and drinks were great. Be aware there is $99 resort fee each night you stay. With all that said, if you are prepared for the above, it was a fantastic vacation & a beautiful spot! Highly recommended! ”

“Great breakfast. Great park/gift shop/cafe/ice cream right next door. 10-15 min drive to some great restaurants and neighborhoods. A little less than a mile from water taxi that takes you to aquarium or waterfront park. Great sunsets over Ravenal Bridge.”

“My check in was delayed, by the front desk person talking on a personal call. After I get to my room (208) I turned on the light at the desk, and what greeted me was what appeared to be catsup on the wall. I took a picture and went back to the desk to report the condition in the room. He told me that housekeeping was gone for the day, but he would see that it would be taken care off. I get back to the room and decided to get some photo editing done. I kicked off my shoes and decided to look……
