「Quaint and clean, in an excellent location. Wasn't too far of a walk to the boardwalk, or the beach. Will definitely stay again, if the opportunity presents itself.」

The beach is surely walkable for most, but I did drive so it was easier to move beach stuff. Plenty of parking right near accesses during the week (not sure how it would be on weekend). Pay parking of $2 per hour...
