"A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value ."

"Great property to stay before or after a cruise. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They store your luggage if off ship too early for checkin. Southampton Airport nearby. Will stay again after a cruise. "
