“This Hotel is WONDERFUL! I've been meaning to check this Hotel out for a while now. Perfect opportunity came about for my birthday. I arrived well before my checkout and offered the best Rum Punch! The Staff were kind enough to store my bags until then. The music playing over the speaker is always a vibe. Who selected this playlist? Awesome!! When I returned, they were able to check me in early. The room is amazing. There's even a hot tub on the balcony. The Hotel is ideally situated in……

“My 13 & 15 year old daughters, and myself loved our stay so much that if we returned we would stay there again. (We were there for the Ninja Throwdown.) The entire hotel staff were all very welcoming, attentive, kind, and patient. The welcome beverage, I chose the rum punch, was so delicious and strong, I relaxed instantly from the journey; I could not wait to change into a swimsuit to lounge by the pool. Instead, upon checking into our studio room I lounged on the lounger of the balcony, while……

“Hotel had mold and water leakage everywhere...we were switched to 3 different rooms... no water to flush the toilet and no water to shower or brush our teeth.... no beach to swim either since it's dangerous ...restaurants were closed because only 15 people were at the resort ... and they were also complaining to leave the resort and go somewhere else....we packed our bags and paid out of pocket to go to another hotel ...this was very dissapointing and unacceptable.”
