“We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!”

It is very clear the care that has been taken by the hosts to maintain the property and create a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Apart from being so exceptionally clean and well furnished the location is great! It is close enough to the city while still getting the serenity of the mountains. The view is even better in person! Also, there are public mountain bike and hiking trails in walking distance! The communication……

“We loved our stay! The accommodations are comfortable and clean. We had to work remote part of the time we were there and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We came to town to stay to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. we were close to the game locations and all the tourist things we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice! The location is on a dead end Street so there is complete privacy. if we come to Colorado Springs in the future, we would love to stay here again!”

Check-in was a breeze and the property was perfect for us. Thoughtful amenities and very clean. Would highly recommend this property!”

“My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There is a small fridge/coffee maker etc. so we picked up a couple of groceries for when we weren't out and about. The neighborhood is great! Short distance to go exploring and we walked to get coffee and dinner a couple of times. Overall, we had a great experience. Thank you!”

“The apartment was exactly as described. Loved the kitchen - everything needed to cook meals was there including an air fryer, rice cooker, spices, cookware & bakeware, microwave & oven. Very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment including games, books, candy, electric teakettle and Keurig. Cozy atmosphere. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the location - easy walking distance to downtown.”

“Our host were very welcoming and kind! We throughly enjoyed our month long stay during the winter. During a snow storm our hosts even shoveled a path to our car and cleaned the snow off the car as well! The property is exactly as the pictures show. The hosts even allowed us to use our grill on their patio. We knew in advance there was not a kitchen sink or stove but the inconvenience didn’t bother us too much. To get around the issue we put a small drain board and dish rack next to the bathroom……
