"I travelled for about 6 hours and when i arrived at the property the instructions were very confusing and took me around an hour to access it.host spoke french and was not available by phone.property was good but as first impression is the last impression i rate it average"

"Accessing the keys & building with small kids & luggage was complicated. There was a smell on entry, which seems to be coming from the sink in the kitchen. Not enough spoons. Kettle cracked so couldn’t boil water. Bed was broken so we slept on a mattress on the floor. The host couldn’t resolve these issues during our stay. No tea towels to dry the dishes. Only 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels available to us, 2 adults & 2 children. No blind on one of the bedroom windows, resulting in a very bright...
