「Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」

「Our stay at Whales Bay Hotel was quite wonderful. We loved every aspect of it. The appartments and the common areas are all kept spotlessly clean. The reception staff were really heplful and knowledgeable about the islands. The hot tub and the steam/sauna was a highlight of our day. There is nothing about the accomodation we did not like. 「The Farm is a small boutique hotel. We stayed in family room for 6 nights. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly with personalized service. The breakfast menu is small but offers everything you need for healthy, delicious meals and they prepare food to your liking. We didn't use the pool as it was cold outside but it looked very clean. The hotel has small banana plantation and you can enjoy eating bananas grown in there. There are also chicken and rabbits...

「This hotel is a hidden gem. It’s about four minutes from the airport and very quiet. The staff were incredibly kind. The villa was spotless, and we slept like a dream. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and it was very good. We also went to see the horses, it was fun. 」
