We really wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately this turned into the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had. When we checked in, our room smelled strongly of vomit. The hotel acknowledged the issue but was fully booked, so we had to spend the first night there with the promise of moving rooms the next day. Before leaving the next morning, we confirmed we could leave our belongings in the room. Later that afternoon mid-hike, management contacted us unexpectedly asking us to return immediately or risk losing the room change. We explained that we couldn't return right away, specifically asked that our belongings not be touched when asked & was told not to worry because they would figure out a solution. When we returned, we discovered that hotel staff had entered our room & handled our belongings anyway. That left us feeling like our privacy had not been respected & caused us to lose trust. Unfortunately, the replacement room had a broken door handle. We reported it immediately & were told it would be repaired, but it never was despite 2+ full days remaining in our stay. We spent the rest of our trip with a serious, unresolved security issue. Problems can happen at any hotel, what matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately our concerns were never adequately addressed. After our stay, we tried to resolve these issues privately but the hotel refused to take any responsibility. We hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience.

Hotel is being renovated in November. Wait to try the hotel after the renovation. Staff recovered well and put us in CFS Azores, a sister property that was perfect.

Lo mejor el desayuno, la localización, y el parking gratuito, junto con la simpatía del personal del hotel. El único punto negativo sería la necesidad de una renovación del mobiliario de las habitaciones, un poco degradado.

+ : Emplacements parfait moins de 10minutes à pied du port, du Marché, 5minutes à pied de la rue piétonne. 10 minutes en voiture de l’aéroport. Grand parking. Personnel serviable et sympathique. - : Armoire vétuste, pas d’équipement (sèche cheveux, fer à repasser). Petit déjeuner tres basique. Isolation nulle. Nous avons été réveiller à 3h45 par des voyageurs indélicat qui faisaient rouler leurs valises sue le carrelage du couloir tout en parlant.

Très bruyant lié au manque d’isolation phonique. Et lumière de la ville toute la nuit car pas de volets mais que des rideaux. Pour le reste petit dej très bon, chambre spacieuse et propre.

La via di passaggio un pó rumorosa. Hotel in posizione centrale con parcheggio molto comodo da raggiungere. Consigliato. Un minifrigo sarebbe gradito, soprattutto per chi fa soggiorni lunghi.

Hotel simple et propre très bien situé, à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants et boutiques. Le stationnement est sécuritaire. Le continental breakfast offre plusieurs choix mais c’est toujours la même chose d’un matin à l’autre. Je recommande cet hôtel.
