The lift was only available up to the fifth floor and had to walk one more floor to get to our apartment with our suitcases.”

One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!”
