「Toll ausgestattetes „Casita“ in wunderbar ruhiger Lage. Wunderschöner gepflegter Garten mit natürlichem Schatten unter Orangenbäumen. Das Häuschen ist ganz neu ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Zur Bahnstation und ins Zentrum von Soller nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Alles super gelaufen, jederzeit wieder.」

「Das Haus ist ein Traum! Offen und hell gebaut, auf einem phantastischen Grundstück mit riesiger Terrasse und eigenem Pool unter Olivenbäumen. Hinten dem Haus die Berge, nach vorne grandioser Blick durchs Tal auf Sóller und das Meer.Joan und Gina sind super freundliche und entspannte Gastgeber. Sie sind immer zu erreichen und antworten schnell auf Nachrichten.Die Straße hinauf (bzw. hinunter) ist jedes Mal ein Abenteuer. 「Perfect house for 2 people. The view of the mountains from the main living space and yard is incredible. Well located for exploring Soller by foot with a short but steep uphill return to the house. Marcus was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「This house was great, excellent location, near large supermarkets and to lovely towns. The pool was fab and the house had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with the house owner, he replied promptly when we had questions, he also told us of local events that might be of interest to us. 」

「We absolutely loved our time spent in this peaceful setting. If you love the sound of birds and enjoy hiking, privacy, an amazing location, central to so many beautiful towns, you will love it here. Set in a mountain valley on an ancient olive farm with amazing indoor/outdoor living complete with outdoor kitchen, eating area and patio furniture to sit and gaze at the stars. 「Das Haus und vor allem der Außenbereich wirkten sehr gepflegt. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren gut und wirkten neu. Gutes Wasserdruck und heißes Wasser. Es gab sogar Fliegengitter. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 」

「The villa is just gorgeous! Fabulous outside area with fantastic pool area with plenty of shade (needed!), that we rarely left. Teens loved the table tennis and appreciated the excellent WiFi. Really well appointed bedrooms, living room (which we didn’t use) and kitchen. Location is great.. we’re non-car drivers and accessed from Palma Airport by bus and train (less than an hour). Used the train to visit Inca and vineyards. Brilliant holiday. 」

「Once in your lifetime, you should experience something as magical as this property and location. Everything was perfect right down to the sheep in the olive grove and fresh lemons we used to cook with. It was spatious, elegant but you felt at home right from the start. The location was central and convenient to explore Palma and the west coast. A big splurge for us but it was a graduation present for our children who finished their university studies.」

「This a gorgeous property-down a bumpy track ( slightly washed away by floods in part and thru two sheep gates). Only 15 mins by car from Alcudia and 25 mins from Pollença and Port de Pollenca- both lovely towns to visit. Tues market in Alcudia “old town” great fun - do haggle though! House is big enough for two families to be together but also to have own space. There is air-con in 3 upstairs bedrooms- but use sparingly as the house is totally off grid and powered by solar.
