“Das Haus ist ein Traum! Offen und hell gebaut, auf einem phantastischen Grundstück mit riesiger Terrasse und eigenem Pool unter Olivenbäumen. Hinten dem Haus die Berge, nach vorne grandioser Blick durchs Tal auf Sóller und das Meer.Joan und Gina sind super freundliche und entspannte Gastgeber. Sie sind immer zu erreichen und antworten schnell auf Nachrichten.Die Straße hinauf (bzw. hinunter) ist jedes Mal ein Abenteuer. Ruhe bewahren und runterschalten, dann geht’s!Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort……

“Die Lage ist wunderschön, man benötig allerdings ein bergtaugliches Kompaktfahrzeug mit hinreichend starkem Motor. Die Lage des Treffpunktes mit dem Vermieter bei Übernahme war für mich als deutschsprechender Mitmensch schlecht zu definieren weil von dort ausschließlichspanisch und französisch gesprochen wurde”

“Perfect house for 2 people. The view of the mountains from the main living space and yard is incredible. Well located for exploring Soller by foot with a short but steep uphill return to the house. Marcus was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“we had such a great week in this house - the house itself is very charming (it's about 1,000 years old according to the owner), with lots of space to stretch out. the grounds were very nice and we enjoyed using the pool every afternoon. the access to beaches was very easy as well as restaurants in pollenca and surroundings. the house was also immaculately clean upon our arrival. one note, there were no toiletries / hand soap or dedicated beach /pool towels. otherwise, a really great stay!”

“Veronica’s property is in an idyllic location in an olive grove high up in the hills above Fornalutx and Biniaritx in the Soller valley. Both villages are a 40ish minute walk away, have good restaurants and the former a great wee shop as well. The valley has terrific walking, with much of it well signposted. The property and garden are both fitted out to a high standard with all the features you would expect. Views are amazing and the pool is lovely (though a bit chilly in April!)……

“This house was great, excellent location, near large supermarkets and to lovely towns. The pool was fab and the house had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with the house owner, he replied promptly when we had questions, he also told us of local events that might be of interest to us. ”

“we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa, which is surrounded by majestic mountains and lush trees. the home is very spacious and would be perfect for two families traveling together. the clean, sparkling swimming pool was clean, plus—it was a treat to swim while taking in the stunning natural scenery. ?it's important to note that a car is essential for this location, as it's quite secluded. the nearest beaches are about a 30-minute drive, and there are no shops within walking……

“Brilliant house for our family of 4 (2 adults, toddler and 4 month old baby). Could easily have fitted in grandparents or another family too. Clean, good facilities and quick communication from Mariana. The lane is tight for parking but if you don’t fancy it there is a public car park 5 mins walk away. Bakery Can Xim very close which is perfect for picking up breakfast or a sandwich for a day on the beach.”

“Küche mit Plastikgeschirr,für 2 Personen für 10 Tage Aufenthalt 2 Handtücher! Das Leitungswasser so chlorhältig,daß man gefühlt in Danchlor duscht.Der Pool riecht schon von weitem so nach Chlor,daß wir nicht mal daran gedacht haben reinzugehen.Fazit:lieblose Abzocke”
