“We really enjoyed our night here! It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. You can see the ferris wheel of The Island from your room, as well as the wax museum. The buffet that is included at Wood Grill was delicious and had a great variety. The pool is large and there is also a kiddie pool if you have little ones with you. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect. There is also a game room and a little gift shop there. The workers were nice as well. We'd stay……

“Such an awesome place! The kids little cabin area with the bunk beds was such an awesome thing for our kids! They had a treasure hunt in the room for the kids and they were able to get the treasure chest open! That was the coolest thing for them! The amenities are awesome and the rooms are really clean! We would definitely stay here again!”

“It was perfect! Having small children and being able to keep a close eye on them is most important, and here, we were able to do that, unlike other places in the area that are just too big. We all had a great time at their waterpark and plan to return again. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and staff are super nice!. ”

“I enjoyed everything about this property! If you get a room on the pool side, it’s kind of loud at night though and early on the morning. So if you plan on sleeping late or going to bed early, opt for another area of the hotel. ”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Amazing staff, rooms and view! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was very clean, the pool is great and so is the breakfast. We enjoyed being close to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer but also enjoyed being tucked away from the craziness! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future!”
